Each of our tent setups measures 6’7” long by 4’2” wide. This is the size for one individual setup, so please keep this in mind when planning your space for the perfect party layout!

Please book your party as soon as you can to ensure all of your theme dreams come true! No booking is too far in advance. You can book your event and secure the date with a 50% deposit. Final guest count is due 14 days prior to the event and based on availability. Rush fees will be added to any bookings placed within 2 weeks of the event.
We make payments easy and convenient! When booking, we use HoneyBook for our messaging, contracts, deposits and final payments. So when you’re ready to book you can easily pay via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account.
Party setup typically takes between 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the size of your event. For safety and efficiency, we kindly ask that children and pets stay out of the setup area during this time. We’ll have everything ready for your celebration in no time!
To keep our tents and linens in great condition for everyone, we kindly ask that there be no eating or drinking inside the tents. Please encourage kids to use the provided food trays to help prevent any spills or stains. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
We prioritize cleanliness and safety for every event. All linens and tent covers are thoroughly laundered after each use. Mattresses, pillows, and decorative items are disinfected after every use and replaced as needed to ensure a fresh, clean experience for your children.

Our comprehensive coverage protects both our clients and our team, ensuring peace of mind in the unlikely event of any mishaps. When you choose us, you can feel confident that you’re in capable and responsible hands.
Absolutely! You will need to check that the party room is cleared in preparation for our arrival and you will also need to ensure that the venue is aware of our arrival and provides adequate loading/unloading facilities and access to the party room.
At Space Coast Tent Sleepovers, we take creative control to bring your chosen theme to life while ensuring a beautiful and fun setup. The pictures shown for each theme may reflect our Ultimate Package, which includes the maximum number of pillows and extra decorative elements. If you select our Basic Package, the setup will be simpler, with two pillows and no lights.
During our consultation process, we strive to be as transparent as possible, ensuring you have a clear understanding of what to expect. We’ll go over all the details to make sure we’re on the same page for your party day.
Additionally, if a theme is in high demand and already reserved on your party date, booking early guarantees priority and ensures you get exactly what you’re looking for. Let us know how we can best accommodate your vision!
